Paul Pierce
Founder & Owner
Paul launched Honeywill Construction in 1997, bringing with him a background in woodworking, metalworking, and fabrication—and a mindset shaped by military service. He started with little more than his tools, his training, and a commitment to treating clients like family.
Over the decades, Paul has built a reputation for honesty, hands-on leadership, and quality work delivered without compromise. He remains deeply involved in day-to-day operations and continues to set the standard for the craftsmanship Honeywill is known for.
Samantha Pierce
Operations Coordinator
Samantha is the organizational heartbeat of Honeywill Construction. As the daughter of Paul and Joy, she grew up around the business and now plays a central role in keeping it running smoothly.
From managing schedules and handling client communication to keeping projects aligned and on track, Samantha ensures that every build stays focused, on time, and stress-free. Her attention to detail and calm, capable leadership make her a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the entire remodeling process.
Joel Hare
Master Craftsman & Project Lead
Joel—Samantha’s husband and Paul’s son-in-law—leads with care, precision, and pride. With a background as a contractor on military bases, Joel brings professional-grade attention to every job site, and his hands-on craftsmanship can be seen in the quality of each finished space.
Clients know Joel as the one who sweats the details and stays until everything is just right. His dedication to the work and the people behind it has helped Honeywill Construction continue to grow without ever compromising its founding values.
