About Honeywill Construction

A Veteran Owned Family-Operated Design-Build Firm Proudly Serving Riverside County Since 1997

Honeywill Construction isn’t just a name—it’s a promise. A promise that no matter the size of your project, it will be treated with skill, honesty, and the kind of pride that comes from doing things the right way.

Founded in 1997 by Paul Pierce, a veteran with a background in building and a mindset shaped by service. Starting with little more than his tools, his work ethic, and the belief that great work speaks for itself.  Paul wasn’t alone in that vision—he was supported from the start by his wife, Joy Pierce, who not only stood beside him but gave the company its name and identity when she coined the now-iconic phrase:
“If your honey won’t fix it—my Honeywill!”

From those early days as a handyman, the business grew job by job, built on referrals, resilience, and respect for the homeowners they served. Today, Honeywill Construction is one of the most trusted full-service design-build contractors in Riverside County, specializing in:

  • Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling

  • Room Additions and Expansions

  • Custom Outdoor Kitchens

  • Handcrafted Custom Cabinetry

  • Insurance Repairs after fire, water, earthquake, and storm damage

A Legacy Built on Family, Craftsmanship & Community

What started as a one-man shop has grown into a true family-run team. Paul’s craftsmanship and mentorship shaped the company—and the people in it.

David Browning joined Honeywill in its early days and quickly became family. Under Paul’s guidance, he grew into a skilled builder in his own right, eventually launching his own construction firm in 2020—a legacy Honeywill is proud to have helped shape.

Eric Pierce, Paul’s son, worked alongside him throughout high school and beyond. In 2023, he took his skills to Mississippi, where he now serves as a lead builder constructing officer quarters for U.S. military ships.

Samantha Pierce, Paul’s daughter, serves as the company’s Operations Coordinator and plays a central role in every project. From scheduling and logistics to client communication, Samantha brings calm, clarity, and leadership to every build.

Her husband, Joel Hare, is a master craftsman with a background in military base contracting and deep pride in his work. Known by clients for his eye for detail and steady hand, Joel has helped elevate Honeywill’s fieldwork to a new level—earning his place as a cornerstone of the next generation.
